Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist "> Job Description: The Customer Experience Specialist delivers exceptional service to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. This customer-facing team member is knowledgeable in all areas of the business, including printing, signs and graphics, and shipping. Responsibilities: Takes orders, coordinates activities, provides pricing and product information, and recommends appropriate products and services. Operates and maintains a wide variety of equipment, moves boxes and equipment, stocks materials, manages the production queue and output, manages complex projects, and completes assigned tasks based on priority. Key Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education. 6+ months of specialized experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Essential Functions: Ability to stand during entire shift, excluding meal and rest periods. Ability to move and lift 55 pounds. Ability to bend/twist at the waist and knees on a consistent basis. Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and other team members on a consistent basis. Ability to function in a fast-paced environment, under substantial pressure on a consistent basis. Ability to maintain attention and concentration for extended periods of time on a consistent basis. Ability to work with minimal supervision on a consistent basis. Ability to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the business on a consistent basis.
