Customer Service Representative Opportunity "> Enhance the shopping experience in a collaborative environment. As a member of our team, you'll be operating registers or stocking shelves, keeping stores looking their best and serving customers.
Average hours: fewer than 30 hours per week. Starting wage: $18.00 per hour with wage increases over time. "> Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with team members and communicate relevant information to direct leaders. Uphold security and confidentiality of documents and data within area of responsibility. Perform other duties as assigned. Cashier Responsibilities: Process customer purchases, perform general cleaning duties, stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly. Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience. Provide feedback to management on products, inventory losses, scanning errors and general issues. Stocker Responsibilities: Stock shelves and rotate product properly to guarantee fresh product is available for customers. Follow merchandising planograms to create excellently merchandised displays. Organize new inventory, remove and break down empty boxes. Physical Demands: Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store. Stocker ability to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product weighing up to 45 pounds on shelving at various heights. Qualifications: Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service. Ability to perform general cleaning duties to company standards. Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. Effective time management. Knowledge of products and services offered.
