Your responsibilities will include promptly resolving customer concerns, staying informed about product features, and maintaining the store's high quality and visual standards. You will strive to exceed our sales goals while delivering excellent customer service.

Your role will involve interacting with customers, which may include minors, as well as handling cash and other payment methods. For this reason, a review of criminal history is necessary to safeguard our business operations and the well-being of our customers and staff.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship for a work visa now or in the future.
Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Willingness to work scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
High School diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service.
Prior experience selling paint and paint-related products.
Able to communicate in more than one language is a plus, especially Spanish.
