Astound is currently searching for a Retail Customer Service Representative I, II, or III in our Belton, Texas market. This individual provides positive, courteous and prompt customer service in handling customer requests and inquiries to include: order entry, service requests, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting as well as accurately following retail cash procedures. Customer interaction for this position is primarily face-to-face.
