Retail Coordinator
Location: CLUB NAME, CITY, STATE
_____is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Coordinator to support the daily operations of our Pro Shop. The Retail Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring an organized and inviting retail environment, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with merchandise-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in managing inventory levels, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise displays.
• Perform regular stock assessments and notify the Merchandise Manager of low stock or popular items.
• Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager to create visually appealing displays and merchandise layouts.
• Assist in implementing seasonal themes and promotions to enhance the retail atmosphere.
• Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, sizing, and recommendations.
• Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Assist in executing sales strategies and promotions to drive revenue.
• Encourage add-on sales and upselling by promoting complementary products.
• Help maintain a clean and organized Pro Shop space, ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Collaborate with the Merchandise Manager to implement pricing strategies and markdowns.
• Assist in building positive relationships with merchandise vendors and ensure merchandise orders are accurate.
• Communicate with vendors regarding product inquiries, shipping, and returns.
• Assist with event-related merchandise displays and promotions.
Qualifications: Previous retail experience, preferably in a golf or sports-related setting. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills. Passion for golf and knowledge of golf merchandise is a plus. Team Member Lifestyle Perks!
