Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Coordinator located in Los Angeles, CA.
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Retail Coordinator to support our retail team across leasing, marketing, and administrative initiatives. This role is essential to the success of both tenant and landlord projects, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. You’ll collaborate with industry leaders, build hands-on experience, and grow within a fast-moving, forward-thinking team.
Qualifications Must be available to work on site and in person Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook) Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Solid proofreading and editing capabilities. Well-developed collaborator with the ability to work effectively in a team setting, while also being capable of operating independently. Clear and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external contacts. Maintains a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in all interactions and matters. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and respond with a sense of urgency.
