Retail Cook Retail Cook is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing excellent customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling and sanitation procedures. Responsibilities include: Prepare and build food items according to standardized recipes and directions Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot well, stem tables, etc. Break down, clean and sanitize work station Serve food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customer needs Replenishes food items and ensure product stocked to appropriate levels Maintains excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc. Adheres to safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation Ensures security of company assets Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous food service experience preferred. Certification & Licensures: Food safety certification preferred. Qualifications: Excellent customer service skills required.
