As a Retail Construction Project Manager at Levi's, you will oversee the planning and coordination of DTC retail store construction and renovation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to brand specifications, while managing vendors, permits, and quality control to support our growth and customer experience goals. As Levi's continues forward as a DTC-first business, you'll make direct impact on our ability to serve our store customers. Your partners will include Construction Partners, external vendors and contractors, Real Estate, Design, Brand Experience, Operations, Finance, IT and Marketing. You will report into the Senior Manager, Construction Coordination. About the Job
Manage full project lifecycle from approval to closeout : lead the project from approval to punch list completion; ensure milestones are met; monitor schedules, resolve delays; coordinate site visits; prepare punch lists; oversee timely delivery and warranty resolution
Coordinate internal partners, vendors, and landlords : serve as contact for contractors, landlords, vendors, and IT; communicate schedules and logistics; attend meetings; communicate with store operations; develop schedules and phasing plans
Permitting, and budget control: Help with permit procurement; review construction drawings; manage estimate reviews, RFPs, and change orders; negotiate change orders; track documentation in ACC
About You
8+ years of overall project management experience, 5+ years working in apparel retail construction
Deliver retail projects on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
Proficiency with project management software (Autodesk Construction Cloud [ACC])
Working knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and permitting requirements
Budget management skills, including change order negotiation and cost control
Able read and review architectural and engineering drawings for accuracy
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Able travel frequently, on average 1-2 times per month
