Step into a full-time role at The Pittsburgh Paints Company where service, speed, and accuracy matter. You’ll balance front-of-house customer care with back-of-house logistics—and support local deliveries.

Pay & Benefits

• Starting pay rate: $18.00 per hour
• Weekly pay and full-time benefits

Store Hours (Your schedule will align with these)

• Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm
• Sunday: Closed

Role Snapshot

• Counter sales and customer consultations—be the reason retail and contractor customers return.
• Color expertise: mix, tint, and match paint to precise requests.
• Warehouse support: receive, move, load, and unload product safely.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store clean and organized.
• Process orders originating in person, by phone, online, and via email.
• Operate the POS to accept payments and cash out customers.
• Learn to make local deliveries in company vehicles.
• Report directly to the Store Manager.

Core focus areas: Counter Sales, Warehouse Duties, and Delivery.

What We’re Looking For

• 18+ years of age.
• Valid, unrestricted driver’s license in your state of residence; acceptable driving record.
• Comfort with physical work: stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting/carrying up to 80 lbs periodically and 50 lbs routinely.
• Customer-first attitude, team player, and consistent employment history.
• Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime.
