The Cashier plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing transactions at the point of sale (POS), and maintaining our store's inviting appearance. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales by exceeding established store and personal goals. Understand and achieve sales targets, including average dollar sales (ADS) and units per transaction (UPT). Utilize selling skills and company standards in customer service. Build and maintain customer relationships through a friendly and helpful demeanor. Engage actively in store promotions, contests, and sales incentives. Maintain high standards for personal grooming and store appearance. Stay informed about sales promotions and merchandise needs. Ensure effective management of merchandise and the cash wrap. Provide professional customer support and manage phone inquiries with friendliness. Collaborate with Key Partners: Store Management Human Resources District Manager Asset Protection Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old. Previous retail experience is a plus. Strong attention to detail. Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Maintain a neat appearance and personal grooming. Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
