As a Retail Cashier, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service while managing transactions, stocking, and maintaining a vibrant store atmosphere. What You’ll Do: Drive sales and profitability by achieving or exceeding sales and individual goals. Demonstrate your sales skills and customer service excellence as trained by the company. Build and nurture relationships with customers through a friendly and helpful demeanor. Engage actively in contests, promotions, and sales incentives to contribute to store achievements. Maintain high standards for your appearance, performance, and grooming. Stay informed on all sales promotions and manage multiple customers and projects effectively. Communicate merchandise needs and collaborate with Store Management. Ensure accurate merchandise control and maintain the cash wrap area as directed. Interact with customers professionally and answer calls in a friendly manner.
