As a Cashier, you will greet and assist customers, maintain an organized store environment, and help achieve our daily sales goals. You will be an essential part of our retail operations and may be cross-trained in various roles. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests while ensuring a positive shopping experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store. Change and manage product displays effectively. Replenish stock and assist with merchandise management. Achieve daily sales goals by providing excellent customer service. Required Skills: Proficiency in cash register operations and handling cash accurately. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals. Ability to perform repetitive tasks with minimal supervision. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand, stoop, bend, and carry throughout the entire shift (excluding breaks). Capable of fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling as needed. Ability to move independently or with reasonable accommodation. Physically and mentally capable of performing job functions effectively.
