Position Purpose: As a vital member of our team, the Retail Cashier will provide exceptional customer service by delivering fast, friendly, and accurate transactions. You will be responsible for processing checkout and return transactions while maintaining a clean and organized Self-Checkout area. In this role, you will: Engage with customers to offer product knowledge and identify sales opportunities. Adhere to company policies and procedures to minimize shrinkage. Support Head Cashiers in expediting price checks and approving Point of Sale transactions. Assist with the supervision, coaching, and training of new Cashiers. Serve as the first point of escalation for customer issues. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of cashier experience and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
