You will take the initiative to acquire product knowledge and identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Following all policies and procedures is essential to minimize inventory shrinkage. If you aspire to advance your career, consider the Head Cashier position, where you will support cashiers by expediting price checks and approving point of sale transactions across various departments, including returns and special services. You will be the first line of support for resolving customer issues and will assist in the training and coaching of new cashiers.
