JOB DESCRIPTION
Deliver the Annual Financial Plan (AFP) target by maximizing the productivity of the business.-
· Build strong and collaborative relationships with team and supportive functions to maximize accounts potential
· Provide own insights and inform business strategies in line with the evolving market trends and competitor moves - for the achievement of the targets.
· Deliver market intelligence to management based on feedback from customer, consumers and competition.
· Create and improve processes in conjunction with the client and responsible areas.
· Identify business opportunities that allow for increased sales share within different departments and analyze the market and competition.
· Performance Analysis : Sales data by Channel and business unit, product analytics to identify trends and drive data-informed decisions.
· Dashboard Management: Design, maintain personalized dashboards by channel, category, product type, and store to enhance analysis efficiency and aid the commercial team in maximizing sales .
· Reporting: Implementing and tracking weekly reports on sales, inventory, and promotions to assess efforts .
· Collaboration: Build excellent relationships with cross-functional stakeholders: finance, planning, supply, merchandising, IT, commercial to establish and maintain business.
· Work closely with finance and commercial areas to develop annual sales plans and quarterly forecasts, ensuring constant communication for accuracy. Review, analyze, interpret, and establish action plans for key business indicators (sell-in, sell-out, sales volume, inventory, margins).
· Sell-in Performance Tracking : Analyzing sell-in performance by channel and tracking it against plans. Ensure the correct purchasing volume and key codes are met to maintain the supply standards required by a Levi's store.
