Staffmark is hiring a Retail Associate for a company store in Springdale, AR! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, love helping customers, and take pride in keeping things organized and visually appealing, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Pay: $17.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

What You'll Do:

Unpack and stock new merchandise

Keep shelves and displays clean, organized, and eye-catching

Greet and assist customers with a friendly, positive attitude

Operate the POS (Point-of-Sale) system to process purchases

Assist with overall store maintenance and daily tasks

What We're Looking For:

Retail or customer service experience preferred

Comfortable with POS systems and handling cash/card transactions

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused

Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods
