Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs, demonstrating empathy, and proactively resolving any service issues. Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist them in finding products to enhance their shopping experience. Efficiently perform cashier duties, including processing cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately, following all company protocols. Maintain an organized and welcoming sales floor by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and updating pricing as directed. Assist with store opening and closing procedures as required. Support various departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring all services are updated and operational. Provide assistance to pharmacy staff when necessary, gaining valuable experience and growth opportunities. Promote and champion new CVS services and loyalty programs that help individuals on their health journeys. Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally. Visual acuity for tasks including reading and detailed inspection. Preferred Experience: Prior experience in retail or customer service is advantageous. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
