Huckberry is looking for passionate and enthusiastic Retail Associates to join our brick and mortar location opening on Armitage Ave. in early November 2025. You may be a good fit if: You're a natural storyteller interested in helping customers discover the perfect gear and apparel for their adventures You are a problem-solver who isn't afraid to get scrappy and think outside the box You thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are excited to contribute to building the Huckberry experience in our first brick-and-mortar retail location Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, building rapport and offering personalized recommendations based on customer needs and interests Maintain a thorough understanding of Huckberry's product offerings, including features, benefits, and brand stories Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing Replenish inventory and maintain stock levels on the sales floor Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment Assist with store events and promotions Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively Requirements 1+ years of experience in a retail sales or customer service role preferred A passion for the outdoors, adventure, and the Huckberry brand Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A strong work ethic and a positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight Interest in menswear and lifestyle brands Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision benefits (FT employees) 401(k) and employer match (FT employees) Paid Time Off & Paid Sick Leave Generous employee discount
