Essential Functions: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and resolving service issues with care. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and managing inventory as directed. Support store opening and closing activities as needed. Assist customers across all departments, ensuring shelves are stocked and services are current. Provide support to pharmacy personnel as required and take part in opportunities for career growth. Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs aimed at helping customers on their health journey. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently. Close visual acuity for tasks such as reading and inspecting small details. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a retail or customer service role is advantageous. Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. The typical pay range for this role is: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for positions within this job grade.
