Position Summary As a Retail Associate at CVS Health, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of health care for individuals, families, and communities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs, showing care in every interaction, and proactively resolving service issues. Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist them in finding items they need. Complete cashier duties accurately by handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions while adhering to company policies. Ensure the sales floor is well-maintained by restocking shelves, managing inventory, and checking in vendors as directed. Assist with store opening and closing tasks when necessary. Support various departments, including photo and beauty, to ensure all services are fully operational and stocked. Collaborate with pharmacy staff when needed, including regular shifts to enhance skills and career development. Promote CVS services and loyalty programs that align with our purpose of helping individuals on their health journeys. Required Qualifications: Minimum age of 16 years. Ability to remain on your feet for sustained periods. Capable of lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, up to 10 lbs frequently, with regular handling of lighter objects. Strong visual acuity to perform tasks such as viewing screens and inspecting small details. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role. Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory. Anticipated Weekly Hours: 25 Time Type: Part time Pay Range: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.
