ESSENTIALS JOB FUNCTIONS: Key Responsibilities Welcome customers to the store and provide comprehensive product and service information Process sales transactions with precision, handling cash and credit card payments with accuracy Stay updated on current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security protocols Proactively suggest merchandise based on customer preferences, effectively upselling when appropriate Monitor and replenish inventory levels, ensuring shelves are consistently well-stocked Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and merchandise displays Contribute to setting up eye-catching displays and visual merchandising Handle product returns and exchanges professionally and courteously Collaborate with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives Resolve customer issues with a positive and professional demeanor, delivering exceptional service at all times

QUALIFICATIONS: Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and issues effectively and courteously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with staff, customers, and business partners. Strong knowledge of all applicable software programs used. Must be able to multitask using multiple software applications at any given time. Ability to understand guest needs and expectations and deliver superior customer services with little input from others. Always looking for the best interest of both guests and the hotels. Able to perform a job with attention to detail and can effectively organize and handle multiple tasks. Must be able to work in teams and involve others in decision-making when applicable. Forward thinking, sharp trainer skills, and ability to mentor and develop team members. MUST have a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays as needed or directed.

Education/Experience Requirements: One year or more working in luxury Retail Sales High School diploma or equivalent
