Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues with compassion and care. Welcome customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist in locating items. Efficiently handle cashier duties, including cash, checks, and credit card transactions while adhering to company policies. Keep the sales floor organized by restocking shelves, checking in deliveries, and managing inventory as directed by the store manager. Support opening and closing store activities as needed. Assist in providing customer support across various departments, ensuring they remain fully stocked and operational. Collaborate with pharmacy staff, including completing regular shifts in the pharmacy to advance your career. Promote new CVS services and loyalty programs that align with our mission of improving health. Required Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs occasionally. Visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer screens and performing detailed inspections. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in retail or customer service is a plus. Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required. Hours: Anticipated Weekly Hours: 25 Type: Part time Pay Range: $15.00 - $19.00 hourly, dependent on factors such as experience and location.
