Position Summary:
The Retail Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store appearance, and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and passionate about helping customers find what they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately
• Provide product information and recommendations to customers
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and merchandising inventory
• Help prevent theft and maintain store security
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed
• Follow store policies and procedures
• Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic math skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
