General Purpose The Retail Associate ensures customers have a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities include greeting customers, maintaining a clean and organized store, proper merchandise presentation, and performing various tasks across store areas as needed to meet customer service and operational goals. Essential Functions Practice safety and maintain awareness to create a secure environment. Greet customers, assist with merchandise, and respond to inquiries courteously and knowledgeably. Handle cleaning tasks and maintain store appearance. Ensure merchandise is well-organized and replenished promptly. Follow loss prevention policies and safeguard confidential information. Accurately handle cash and transactions, demonstrating a sense of urgency and productivity.

Competencies Manage work processes, collaborate, communicate effectively, and demonstrate accountability.

Qualifications and Skills Effective communication skills with customers and team members. Basic math skills suitable for retail transactions.
