We are an enthusiastic, community-focused, cannabis dispensary looking for Sales Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with merchandising, stocking, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store while actively engaging with customers to drive sales.​ What We're Looking For​ 21+ with valid ID and reliable transportation. Flexible, positive, inclusive, and team-focused. Passion for cannabis and the eagerness to continue to learn, share, and help customers find the best fit for their needs. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. ​ Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for transactions, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Assist in stocking shelves and maintaining inventory levels on the floor. Ability to stay organized and upbeat in a busy environment. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. Maintain visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, demonstrating excellent communication skills and problem solving skills. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, maintain store operations, and help wherever needed. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, hospitality or in high volume retail environment is preferred. ​ Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Quick learners with the drive to stay on top of "what's what" in the cannabis community.
