Position Overview: We are seeking Part-Time Retail Associates to join our team at ANTA first new flagship store in Los Angeles. As a Retail Associate Lead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store standards, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities: Provide outstanding customer service and build lasting relationships with customers. Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Stock and replenish merchandise as needed. Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and store policies. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and ensure a smooth store operation. Participate in store events and promotions to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications: Previous retail or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. High level of energy, initiative and passion for sports. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent.
