Position Summary: We are looking for retail associates to join our team of swimming pool professionals. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and assist customers with product selection, purchases, and basic pool care questions. · Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales, returns, and inventory transactions. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment, including stocking shelves and merchandising displays. · Perform basic water testing and recommend appropriate pool/spa products and solutions. · Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure excellent service. · Learn and retain knowledge of pool/spa products, equipment, and maintenance practices. · Assist with store opening/closing duties as scheduled. · Uphold company standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service. · Availability on Weekends · Other duties as assigned by Service Manager per their discretion Required Qualifications · 1+ years of retail experience · Ability to frequently pull, push, lift equipment and tools in excess of 50 lbs. · Must be able to remain in stationary position or standing for a full shift Why Join Trident Service Group?
