Position Summary: We are looking for retail associates to join our team of swimming pool professionals. If you're an applicant with excellent organizational skills, basic understanding of POS functions, and general knowledge of swimming pools and related products, we encourage you to explore this exciting opportunity. Key Responsibilities: · Greet and assist customers with product selection, purchases, and basic pool care questions. · Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for sales, returns, and inventory transactions. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment, including stocking shelves and merchandising displays. · Perform basic water testing and recommend appropriate pool/spa products and solutions. · Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management to ensure excellent service. · Learn and retain knowledge of pool/spa products, equipment, and maintenance practices. · Assist with store opening/closing duties as scheduled. · Uphold company standards for professionalism, reliability, and customer service. · Availability on Weekends · Other duties as assigned by Service Manager per their discretion Required Qualifications · 1+ years of retail experience · Ability to frequently pull, push, lift equipment and tools in excess of 50 lbs. · Must be able to remain in stationary position or standing for a full shift Why Join Trident Service Group?
