POSITION SUMMARY
The Retail Associate at the Burton Store is responsible for providing excellent customer service, while selling merchandise. The Retail Associate will contribute to the customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied. This is a full-time seasonal opportunity. Compensation for this role is $20.00/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist the customer in finding the right product for their needs and desires
Accurately and efficiently completing customer transactions
Accurate cash handling and computer procedures
Merchandising the store as directed by manager, supervisor or lead
Answer the telephone according to Stratton's telephone standard
Follow daily opening & closing procedures for your location
Participate in all retail/rental & corporate training programs
Know the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a whole
Continually exceed our guests' expectations and create memories for both guests & employees
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Education: Highschool Diploma or equivalent, required
Experience: Previous retail, or customer service experience preferred
QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS Must be 16+ years of age
Customer service skills
Strong computer literacy
Self-motivated
Strong communication, and organizational skills
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
