Key Responsibilities: Manage the timely shipment of merchandise to the appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers. Efficiently retrieve merchandise and fulfill customer Locate orders. Ensure accurate reconciliation of store-to-store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and all receiving documents in accordance with company policies. Adhere to all loss prevention policies to minimize shrink. Execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and company directives to enhance the overall customer experience. What We’re Looking For: A proven leader with at least 1 year of experience. Comfortable and confident in directing and motivating a team. Resourceful and adaptable in a fast-paced, omni-channel retail environment. Ability to take the initiative to complete tasks independently. Strong analytical and mathematical skills to support problem-solving and decision-making. Exemplary ethics, integrity, and trustworthiness.
