Retail Assistant Supervisor
As a Retail Assistant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading and inspiring our team to provide exceptional customer service. This position allows you to showcase your leadership skills while ensuring optimal operational efficiency during your shifts. Your responsibilities will include supporting the Store Manager, managing the team's performance, and ensuring our customers have a positive experience every time they visit.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze sales performance, P&L, expenses, cash handling, and inventory management.
Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers and effectively resolving their inquiries and concerns.
Regularly inspect the facility and equipment to ensure everything is well-maintained and requires necessary repairs.
Assist the Store Manager with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members.
Supervise store staff to meet labor standards and assist with operational tasks.
Lead and mentor employees in sales, cash reporting, and customer service excellence.

Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of one year of management experience in a dynamic retail environment, delivering outstanding customer service preferred.
ServeSafe certification.
Proficient in cash management, POS systems, and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
