Your Responsibilities: Manage workforce effectively, ensuring our sales floor remains customer-focused. Warmly greet customers and assist them in discovering our diverse product offerings. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers. Exemplify service standards and omnichannel experiences while coaching others. Analyze business metrics and implement strategies to enhance performance by guiding your team on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Foster customer loyalty through company initiatives, including credit programs. Support the Store Manager in hiring, training, and developing a strong team. Recognize outstanding performance and provide constructive guidance when necessary. Plan, track, and report on task completion and financial outcomes using company tools. Collaborate with the Store Manager on merchandising standards, promotional activities, markdowns, and product displays. Minimize loss with excellent customer service, education, and operational controls. Desired Qualities in a Candidate: A proactive, solutions-driven attitude. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Proven leadership, supervisory, and customer engagement skills. Good computer literacy, especially in Outlook, Excel, and web navigation. At least 1 year of experience in retail or management. A high school diploma or GED. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed, along with frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Capability to stand or walk for extended periods and climb ladders. Willingness to work various shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a minimum of two closing shifts per week.
