: The Retail Assistant Manager (RAM) plays a key role in supporting the general manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our store while aligning with Global Partners' established policies and procedures. What You Bring: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Initiative in decision-making and strong problem-solving capabilities. Responsibilities Include: Completing and submitting required daily accounting paperwork within set deadlines. Supervising, training, and developing non-exempt employees, ensuring adherence to operational standards. Monitoring shift cash handling and inventory, assisting in investigations of shortages/overages as needed. Maintaining business records and reviewing cashier accountability sheets as directed by management. Performing banking, invoicing, payroll, and other administrative tasks following cash control policies. Executing cash management procedures including handling bank deposits and change orders. Upholding high cleanliness and sanitation standards within the store. Ensuring store safety and security by complying with safety and environmental guidelines and reporting issues promptly. Coordinating adequate gasoline levels and deliveries. Engaging with company promotional initiatives and maintaining a high level of guest service. Carrying out additional duties as outlined by company policies and management directives. Qualifications: Available to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. 1-2 years of supervisory experience is preferred. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively. Basic computer skills and the ability to perform accurate counting, reading, and writing tasks. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are essential. Must be comfortable working in varying temperatures as required. Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and climbing. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
