Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with daily store functions and activities Providing exceptional customer service by addressing questions and concerns in a friendly manner Overseeing the organization and transfer of merchandise from delivery to sales floor, ensuring seasonal displays are well-maintained Carrying out opening and closing procedures Implementing corporate directives and communications related to store activities Maintaining promotional displays and store-front fixtures Collaborating on ordering and processing merchandise while assisting in record-keeping for payroll and loss prevention Ensuring the store is well-stocked and the stockroom organized according to company standards Safeguarding company assets, including cash Upholding company policies and safety guidelines, while promoting a safe environment for customers and associates Helping to supervise, train, and develop our store associates Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store, including restocking bathrooms and ensuring neat and presentable areas Performing any other related duties as assigned Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and interpret operational directives is required Previous experience in retail management is preferred Physical ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills are required We offer a variety of perks and benefits to support your health and well-being, including medical and dental insurance, retirement plans, educational assistance, and more.
