Job Description Build and nurture a dynamic team of Sales Associates. Train and mentor employees on company policies, procedures, and job expectations. Engage proactively with customers to foster long-lasting relationships. Drive sales of tile and related products to surpass customer expectations. Gain insight into store and warehouse operations. Lead by example to meet and exceed sales goals. Understand installation processes and materials to educate customers effectively. Monitor and track established store sales targets. Keep customers informed about product delivery statuses. Uphold professional standards to safeguard The Tile Shop brand. Create schedules for Associates and Warehouse Personnel. Ensure accurate inventory management. Adhere to sound business practices at all times. Perform other assigned duties. First year income expected: $60,000 - $75,000 at target. Qualifications Availability on weekends is required. 1+ years of retail management experience. Previous sales experience is a plus. Demonstrated ability in building and motivating a sales team. Strong work ethic and a desire to exceed expectations. Collaborative mindset in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment. Willingness to learn and grow through feedback. Positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Design sense: ability to coordinate styles, colors, and textures. Basic math and computer skills are necessary. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Experience in a related field is preferred.
