If you have a passion for retail and enjoy leading with positivity, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Support store operations and daily activities to ensure smooth functionality. Engage with customers in a friendly manner and effectively resolve any questions or concerns. Assist in organizing merchandise transfer from deliveries to sales areas, keeping seasonal displays maintained. Conduct opening and closing procedures as necessary. Implement corporate directives related to store operations, including Pull and Hold/Destroy processes and Task Compliance. Maintain the visual appeal of promotional displays and store fixtures. Help manage inventory by ordering merchandise, processing damages, and maintaining accurate records. Ensure store areas are well-stocked, organized, and meet company standards. Safeguard all company assets, including store cash and merchandise. Uphold safety guidelines and ensure compliance with all store policies among associates. Assist the Store Manager in training and developing Store Associates. Foster a positive, safe, and respectful working environment for customers and team members. Oversee store cleanliness and presentation, including maintenance of restrooms and common areas. Complete additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to comprehend and communicate operational guidelines is essential. Experience in retail management is a plus. Physical capability to lift up to 55 lbs and engage in varied physical activities throughout the day. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere. Strong customer service and organizational skills. Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making skills.
