Your responsibilities include: Executing workforce management to ensure a customer-focused sales floor. Greeting customers warmly and assisting them with product selections. Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for both employees and customers. Modeling service standards and coaching the team toward success. Analyzing business performance and driving KPIs with team collaboration. Building customer loyalty through company programs, including credit offerings. Supporting the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a successful team. Acknowledging exceptional team performance and providing constructive feedback when needed. Tracking and reporting task and financial results using company tools. Partnering with the Store Manager to execute merchandising standards and promotional strategies. Minimizing loss through superior customer service and operational controls. Ideal candidate qualities: Positive, solutions-oriented approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and customer engagement skills. Proficiency in computer and technology (Outlook, Excel, etc.). Minimum of 1 year of retail or management experience. High school diploma or GED required. You must be able to: Lift up to 40 pounds as needed, frequently bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for extended periods; climb ladders as required. Provide availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with at least two closing shifts each week.
