Your responsibilities will include: Supporting daily store functions and activities. Providing exceptional service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs. Organizing and managing the transfer of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor while maintaining seasonal displays. Executing opening and closing store procedures efficiently. Ensuring compliance with corporate directives related to store operations. Enhancing the effectiveness of promotional displays and fixtures in the store. Assisting with merchandise ordering and maintaining accurate record-keeping for payroll and inventory. Maintaining store cleanliness and organization in accordance with company standards. Overseeing the training and development of Store Associates. Performing various cleaning tasks to ensure a presentable store atmosphere. And other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For: Preferred high school diploma or equivalent with the ability to understand operational directives. Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store management preferred. Physical demands include lifting up to 55 lbs and the ability to walk, stand, stoop, kneel, climb, and perform repetitive tasks.
