What you'll do: Manage staffing to ensure a genuine customer experience on the sales floor. Greet customers warmly and assist them in discovering our fantastic products. Create a positive, safe, and inclusive atmosphere for both employees and customers. Model exceptional service standards and coach team members for success. Analyze business operations and drive results by communicating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to the team. Build customer loyalty through company-sponsored programs. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing team. Recognize and reward outstanding performance while guiding team members as needed. Utilize company tools to plan and report on tasks and financial outcomes. Collaborate with the Store Manager on merchandising, promotions, and product placement strategies. Minimize loss through superior customer service and operational controls. Qualities we'd love in a candidate: A positive, solution-driven approach. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proven leadership, supervisory, and customer engagement experience. Competence in using technology and software tools (Outlook, Excel, etc.). At least 1 year of management experience in a retail or related setting. A high school diploma or GED. You can: Lift up to 40 pounds and engage in frequent bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Stand or walk for prolonged periods; use ladders as necessary. Provide a flexible schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with at least two closing shifts weekly.
