Job Description Join our team as a Retail Assistant Manager, where you will be a key player in creating the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests. In this role, you'll take on a variety of sales, merchandising, and operational tasks alongside store management. You’ll work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, recruit new Teammates, and provide exceptional leadership. Your responsibilities will include training and inspiring Teammates, and stepping in as the Store Manager when needed.
