Ensure reconciliation of transfer documents and shipment manifests according to company policy. Adhere to loss prevention policies to reduce shrinkage risk. Execute visual merchandising standards, price adjustments, and company directives that enhance the customer experience. Qualifications: Proven leadership skills with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Able to confidently direct and motivate employees.
