As a Retail Assistant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to enhance Guest Services while supporting the Store Manager in day-to-day operations. Key Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to stand, walk, and climb ladders for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and management experience is essential.
