The Retail Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in providing exceptional Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in daily operations. Your focus will be on maximizing sales and profitability by developing staff, managing expenses, reducing shrinkage, and overseeing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control, while adhering to Company policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Establish and maintain excellent Guest Services. Support the Store Manager in the overall operation of the store. Develop and train staff to enhance performance. Manage expenses and shrinkage effectively. Ensure compliance with all merchandising and inventory control processes. Requirements: Minimum age of 18 years required. Ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods, generally exceeding 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
