Participate in the hiring process using the PRIDE model. Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store aesthetics. Follow personal presentation guidelines. Deliver World Class Service with proper phone etiquette. Interpersonal Skills: Communicate effectively; build strong relationships with colleagues. Foster productive relationships within the organization. Support the implementation and certification of team training programs. Coach and counsel team members to meet performance standards. Enforce adherence to company policies and procedures. Assist in creating and administering performance evaluations. Delivers Results: Achieve financial goals; manage profitability through personal and team contributions; execute company priorities. Exceed sales plans and metrics at both store and personal levels. Protect company assets, including managing inventory and cash accurately. Create and maintain weekly work schedules to enhance productivity. Edge: Effectively manage change; make informed decisions; address issues promptly. Oversee performance management across the team. Identify trends from competitors and market resources. Analyze merchandise reports to communicate business needs. Collaborate with HR for issue resolution. Requirements: Preferred previous management experience in retail. Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills. Strong communication abilities. Maintain a professional appearance. Willingness to learn and adapt. Stable work history. Physical demands include constant movement, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs safely. The successful candidate will work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Adaptability to the competitive retail environment is essential.
