As the Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee staffing, setup, merchandising, and the operational aspects of a seasonal store. Your role is critical in driving sales and profitability, ensuring exceptional Guest Services, developing your team, controlling expenses, reducing shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control. We require applicants to be at least 18 years old with a flexible schedule. The job involves physical activities such as standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds.
