Upon completing a two-week training program, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of the store. In the absence of the Store Manager, you will assume leadership to ensure that all objectives are met and that customers receive unparalleled service. Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations and supervising staff. Maintain effective inventory control, facilitate inventory transactions, and ensure compliance with shrink control standards. Monitor sales activities to guarantee customer satisfaction. Direct and supervise employees involved in sales, inventory audits, cash reconciliation, and customer service. Uphold adherence to all Citi Trends, Inc. policies and procedures by staff members. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and organizational skills. 2-4 years of experience in a retail management role. 3-5 years of overall retail experience. Flexibility to work various hours, including nights and weekends. Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages.
