After completing our two-week intensive training, you'll be at the forefront of the store's success, supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and leading in their absence. Key Responsibilities: Support the Store Manager with daily operations and staff supervision. Manage inventory controls, facilitate transactions, and uphold shrink control compliance. Oversee sales activities to ensure exceptional customer service. Directly supervise employees involved in sales, inventory, cash reconciliation, and customer services. Ensure adherence to all Citi Trends, Inc. policies and procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and organizational skills. 2-4 years of retail experience in an Assistant Manager role. 3-5 years of overall retail experience. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
