Are you passionate about retail, community engagement, and giving back? Join Bishop Gadsden’s vibrant Eliza’s Attic team as our Thrift Boutique & Donation Coordinator. This dynamic role blends retail operations, customer service, logistics, and creativity—all in support of our mission-driven thrift boutique.

What You’ll Do:

Donation Pick-Up & Coordination:

• Schedule and manage donation pick-ups with efficiency and care.
• Drive a Bishop Gadsden vehicle to transport items safely.

? Boutique Operations & Customer Service

• Create a welcoming, organized, and visually appealing shopping experience.
• Assist customers with product knowledge and purchases.
• Open/close the store and operate the register with accuracy.

Inventory & Merchandising

• Evaluate and sort donations for resale.
• Price and label items with attention to detail.

E-Commerce & Online Sales

• Manage online listings from photography to shipping.
• Write compelling product descriptions and research pricing.

Social Media & Marketing

• Maintain and grow our Instagram and Facebook presence.
• Create engaging content using Canva.

Volunteer Coordination

• Build and manage monthly volunteer schedules.

Requirements:

What We’re Looking For:

Skills & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of work experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Retail experience required; knowledge of antiques a plus.
• Strong communication, organization, and conflict resolution skills.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and enthusiastic.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks like bending, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• An active SC driver's license, in good standing.
