Key Responsibilities:
Monitor financial metrics such as sales volume, P&L, controllable expenses, cash management, and inventory.
Ensure all customers have a positive and memorable experience.
Provide excellent customer service by welcoming and assisting customers, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
Regularly inspect the facility and equipment to assess repair or maintenance needs.
Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and training new team members.
Supervise store staff to maintain operational efficiency and labor standards.
Lead, model, and oversee staff engaged in sales and customer service activities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma required.
One year of management experience in a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
ServeSafe certified.
Proficient in cash management and familiar with POS systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
