Job Title
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide customer service to Dining Services guests and clients in the short-order restaurant, convenience store, concessions, and at catered events. Job duties include client contact, set-up, replenishment and service of food and beverage items, preparation of hot and cold food; set-up and clean-up; cash handling.
Support the mission and vision of Concordia College and demonstrate the competencies as defined for this position. Provide excellent customer service in Retail units and at Catered events, to include preparation and replenishment of food and beverage items including grilled, baked, fried and fresh, packaged items.
Provide direction to student employees and on-call staff. Clean and maintain all foodservice equipment, and cleaning (sweeping, mopping, wiping tables, etc.) as needed and adhere to and ensure that all health and safety practices are followed. Accept and process payment for goods purchased, including cash, credit card, and board plan payments. Count cash funds on hand and assist with resolving discrepancies.
Assist with weekly and monthly product orders and inventory as assigned. Provide bar service at designated events, to include stocking, serving, collecting payment, and clean-up. Maintain temp log sheets, cooler and food production, and cooking documentation. Work with student employees, co-workers, and management in service to our customers and assist with student employee recruitment and retention.

Salary $15.00 - $16.88 per hour. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, certifications, and alignment with the positions requirements. Other considerations may include internal equity and market conditions.
