Administrative Team Job Duties: ·       Experience in broad spectrum of financial practices. ·       Answer and Direct phone calls to appropriate location. ·       Create and Process Purchase Orders to a variety of vendors. ·       Responsible for Invoicing/AR/AP on Rental, Parts, and Service Accounts. ·       Responsible for meeting deadlines, reviewing customer paperwork to lenders. ·       Respond to emails, social media, or phone inquiries with a professional demeanor.
Administrative Team Desired Job Requirements: ·       Highly Customer Focused ·       Excellent Time Management Skills ·       Proficient in Microsoft Office ·       Experience in NetSuite platform a plus
